betray

Syntax: cast 'betray' <victim>

BETRAY is a psionic spell which enables the psionic to make an enemy
become a friend.  The spell can only be cast during combat and cannot be
cast within the main city walls. The victim of betray (if spell is 
successful) will stop fighting the psionic and will become the psionic's
charmie.
