black market

So! You want to know about the Black Market eh?
Tis very evil of you! But come my worthy adventurer you deserve to know
what the Black Market is, and perhaps you may even aid us in the
eradication of this evil infestation that plagues our magnificient city.

The Black Market was founded by Torinan, the master of the Black Market
after he refused a job with the current mayor. To date, the city's elite
guards have not been able to locate the whereabouts of the Black Market.
The only things they have been able to discover about it is that there is
a shopkeeper that is in league with Torinan, offering the only entry into
the Black Market via the shop front!. It is also known that you must
posses 5 different items from around the mud and to enter the Black Market
for too long means DEATH!

That tis all that is known about the Black Market to date, but Lotac's
elite guards are doing their utmost to locate the exact location of the
Black Market and rid the city of this evil infestation! If it is not
accomplished soon, the Dawn Guards will have to step in!
