declaration of war

DECLARATION OF WAR
In order for your Pkill Clan to Pkill legally, your clan must be currently
as WAR with another Pkill Clan.  The following is the list of the steps your
Clan Leader must follow in order to Declare War on another Clan.

[1]   Sufficient reason must be established.

[2]   You clan leader must get into contact with your clan's Immortal
      Sponsor. In the event that your clan does not have an Immortal Sponsor
      your Clan Leader can contact the Clan Council directly, but please, 
      do not spam the Clan Council. If you have a complaint, contact your
      Clan Immortal Sponsor and through him, your complaint will be noted.

[3]   The Clan Leader must also write mail to the oposing Clan's Leader
      informing him/her of the Declaration of War. Only when both Clans
      have acknowledged this Declaration of War will the help file for your
      Clan be updated, and only then can you start to Pkill. If sufficient
      reason is established and approved by the Clan Council, war will
      commence. Refusal of war is not an option.

[4]   If the Clan Council does not feel there is sufficient reason to start
      a Clan War, permission for Declaration of War will not be given. Or
      an ALTERNATIVE solution maybe suggested to settle the affair.

[5]   If the Clan Council feels that two Clans currently at War have no
      further reason to be at War, the war flag will be removed from both
      Clans and they can no longer be at War with each other.

[6]   Your Clan can be at War with more than one Clan at the one time.

[7]   On matters concerning Clans, Declaration of War, act of Pkilling
      etc, the word of the Clan Council as a whole is final and must be
      followed to the letter.
