To found a clan you must have at least 3 followers above the level of 15, which will mean 4 total members including yourself. To petition - you must send a note to the Clan Council, with at least the following information: - Theme - List of members - Clan name (e.g. The Black Guards) - Short Name for wholist (e.g. BLACK) - At least 2, but up to 5 ranks for members in the following format: Rank (one word rank up to 8 characters) Can Promote and Demote? (Yes or No) Can Add? (Yes or No) Can Outcast? (Yes or No) - Is your clan going to be a PKILL clan? - The color you would like your who clan name to be. - Optionally: a clan sponser, whom must have level 73 or higher. - Combine the information above in a help entry other players can read. Leave out the list of members, but put in the name of the clan boss. The Clan Council can be reached at 'mud@polypc54.chem.rug.nl' or via the 'clans' note-alias in the MUD.
