The healer decided to grab a quick buck, and now charges for his heals. His
services are still free to most players. However player with a NoHeal or
Dork flag will have to pay. To see a full listing of the healer's
services, type 'heal' at his residence. To receive healing, bring plenty of
money, and type 'heal <spell>'. The free services of the healer will
be given to you automatically, you don't have to use the 'heal' command.
