The Power Level System.
This help entry will attempt to explain the system of power levels. If for
some reason you are still unsure, an Immortal shall be able to answer your
questions.

Power Levels.
There are essentially 8 Power Levels ranging from 0 to 7 with 0 as the
lowest and 7 as highest. This system has been implemented because it has
far more flexibility than a level pkill restriction. It is an attempt to
minimise the possibility of two people pkilling each other unfairly with
one of them having full eq while the other is naked.

It is a system which shall be integrated into the clans and pkill systems
of the mud. However, there a few rules that must be observed.

[1] You can only pkill a person 1 power level below your own power level.
For example, if you are power level 4, you can not pkill someone
     below power level 3.

[2] You may pkill *anyone* in the same power level or above. If you wish
to kill someone far more powerful than yourself....its your own death
     :)

[3] Your power level shall be judged by how powerful you are in relation
to other players. Everything including what you may have in your
inventory shall be take into account when assigning your power level.

Power Levels is all about, talk to any Immortal online.
