These are the current clan hangout construction prices:

Clan rooms cost 5,000 gold coins each. The first clan room purchased comes
with an entrance room and a clan guard free of charge.
The above price for clan rooms is valid only for the first 5 rooms. If your
clan decides to purchase more rooms, they will be purchased at the price
of 15,000 gold coins.

Increased mana or hitpoint regeneration costs 15,000 gold coins per room,
this will increase the mana and hitpoint regeneration by 150% (i.e. to 250%
of normal the regeneration level).
For the first room your clan decides to upgrade healing, the price will
be 15,000 gold coins. For any following rooms after that, it will cost
the clan 30,000 gold coins.

A Clan Armoury shall cost 20,000 gold

A Clan Healer costs 10,000 gold coins, only one healer per clan is allowed.
This healer has the same powers as the High Priest of Lotac.

A shopkeeper with shop (incl. room) costs 20,000, with 2 free clan items in
the shop inventory. Each additional item given to the shopkeeper by reset
costs 100 times the value price of the object, i.e. if the objects value is
1000 silver, it will cost 100000 silver to give the shopkeeper an endless
stock of this object. Only one shopkeeper is allowed per clan.
Clan items must be approved by the clan council and items that are to be
reset on the shopkeeper must also meet the approval by the clan council.
There will be no outrageous items reseted onto the shopkeeper so please
keep all requests sensible.

If your clan does not have enough funds to purchase a piece of eq, an
alternative may be arranged. You may wish to purchase only a *set* number
of a piece of eq at a discounted price. The price of such will be
determined by the Clan Council on application.

A clan fountain or clan donation pit costs 2,000 gold coins, but may not be
placed in the same room as the healer or shopkeeper is in.
A clan fountain is one with water as the liquid type. Any other type
of liquid must be approved by the clan council and costs 2500 gold
coins extra. Only 2 fountains will be at the above price, any further
requests for fountains will be purchased at 10,000 gold coins each
and different fluid types will cost 15,000 gold.

A clan may not have its own banker, money-changer, guildmaster, teacher,
etc. mobiles.

Clan equipment will be custom made, but requires inspection by the
Implementors. (level 81 and above) Clan equipment is allowed to have an
edge, but may not create havoc in game balance.

Clan spells/skills are also allowed, and cost 20,000 gold coins per
spell/skill. A clan then needs a clan-teacher mobile, which costs 10,000
gold coins. New clan spells/skills are only available with the discretion
of the Clan Council, the Source Council, and other Implementors. They are
esp. meant to enhance role-playing, not to create havoc in game balance.
They don't have to be battle spells/skills, you may also request other game
features.

All clan rooms are linked together and placed in a separate clan area. The
location of the entrance may be chosen by the clan, but requires the
approval of the Area Council and the Clan Council. The entrance cannot be
within the immediate Lotac area, nor too close to another clans entrance. A
backdoor (a one-way portal) is placed somewhere in the clan area, this leads
to somewhere in Lotac chosen by us at random (you have no say in where this
comes out). Clans with a large number of rooms will be given consideration
for having more than one entrance to their area in different areas of the
realms.

Rooms and mobiles need:
  - name, how to reference them
      (e.g. clanguard)
  - a short description
      (e.g. A dragon clanguard)
  - a long description
(e.g. A dragon clanguard is watching the area for spies.)

Only the clan leader may buy these additions.
