Here is a list of the penalties that will be given out as seen fit by the
law and order Immortals.  Once the level of crime has been established, the
punishment must fit the crime.

Level of crime    Punishment

      0           Warning
      1           Nochannels for 1-7 days, freeze for 1-4 hours, or
                  jail 1-2 days.  Depending on the type of the offence.
      2           Jail for up to 14 days.
      3           Deny the character access to the game.
      4           The character will be deleted, and another character
                  chosen at random from the offending account will be
                  jailed for a long time.
      5           All the characters of the offending account will be
                  deleted.
      6           The ultimate level of offence, once this level of
                  offence is established (which must be a unanimous
                  decision of the law and order Immortals plus the
                  agreement of the Eternals), the offending site will be
                  site-banned. *period*

The above rules is subject to change by the head of law and order.  It is
there only as a guide line for Immortals and mortals both and punishment is
always still subject to the law and order Immortal(s) handling the situation
at the particular time.  Level 5 and 6 offences are reserved only for
extreme cases and will NOT be used unjustly.
