shrink

Syntax: cast 'shrink' <victim>

This spells allows the caster to cause its victim to "shrink" which
causes the victims AC to increase (worsen), makes the victim more
vulnerable to spells, and to also make it harder for them to hit and hurt
those the victim is attacking.
