First — is this really you?

Anyone can read Twig off the roster, so a name alone proves nothing. Tell us things only the person who played Twig would know. The keeper reads every claim by hand and checks it against the old records.

Who else did you play? This helps us find the right records. It is a starting point rather than proof, since other players from back then may remember your characters too.

Most are long dead, and a guess at the domain still helps. We don't send anything to it.

Details beat length. One specific thing that turns out to match the records is worth more than a page of general nostalgia.

This goes to the keeper, not to the internet. If the claim doesn't hold up, nothing is restored and the name stays free for whoever it belongs to.
